Welcome!

My name is Tristan and I’m a highly qualified and experienced running and fitness coach with a background as a track and longer distance runner, personal trainer and fitness and wellbeing professional.

I get a real kick out of helping others to enjoy training whether that be as a high level athlete or a complete beginner feeling nervous about starting from scratch.

I offer online running coaching for ongoing fitness/performance as well as specific goals (beginner to 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon, Ultra) on a 1:1 or group basis.

I have always loved sport and fitness, studying Sports and Exercise Science at Loughborough University and competing as a track runner as well as in longer distances, placing highly in events from 800m to Ultras.  I have also raised money for charity by completing challenges such as a 24 hour gym triathlon and a 3 day canal towpath ultra.

I have completed Personal Trainer, Running Coach, Sports Masseuse and Exercise Instructor qualifications and previously worked for a military charity delivering sporting and other activities to support veterans and their families which I found very rewarding.

I am never more happy than when using my knowledge and experience to help others enjoy running and fitness and achieve above and beyond what they thought they could do.  I’d love to be able to do that for you too!

How My Online Training Works

1:1

Bespoke running coaching and training plans for ongoing fitness/specific goals (beginner to 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon, Ultra) as well as bespoke strength training plans.

Group

Enjoy being part of an online group working towards the same goals and benefiting from my passion and expertise at a very affordable rate.

Groups can be pre-existing (i.e. maybe a local running group or group of friends) but most are like-minded folk coming together online with the same aim in mind.  Again this can be general running fitness or to train for a specific distance/race.

Training programme delivered weekly tailored to your goal/level of fitness/planned number of runs etc

Small groups (8 or less unless you join with pre-existing group)

You’ll be able to choose the distance you’re aiming for or if you’re just after ongoing running fitness and performance training (this can change as you go along!)

Minimum commitment of 3 months.

Yes, I offer a month’s trial for new clients to ensure we are both happy that I can help you to achieve your goals.

How Do I Access The Online Resources?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive login details to access our members-only portal, where you can find training guides, videos, and more.

Can I Change From Group to 1:1 Coaching And Vice Versa?

Yes, this isn’t a problem although I do ask that you commit to 3 months of 1:1 coaching before you switch (and 3 months of either version as a minimum)
